I think this was a beneficial thread.

Everyone learned a little. 

Listers learned that Harp Depot has satisfied customers as well as frustrated 
ones.

John Hall learned about the need to offer responsible customer service to 
those that are "outside" of the SPAH / Festival attendees "inner circle".
