That's the one to use. The actual name Shure uses for the replacement
cartridge (including element) is R45. See their website:

The question is whether to get a new one (they are still in production) or a
NOS element. I have heard that the current elements do not sound very good
for harp although, as I posted yesterday, I have no personal experience with
anything but older 545s. I'm pretty sure NOS elements are still available.
I bought two, hopefully a lifetime supply, from Tom Ellis a couple of years
ago.
By the way, fjm let me know offlist that the 545 of his that I liked so much
was an older one.
