RE: Shure 545S

I have a 545SD that I use quite a lot.  It uses the same XLR to
1/4 phone cable as a CAD or ASTATIC.  It is pretty easy to
convert from Hi-Z to Lo-Z (or vice versa) by adjusting the screw,
pulling out the XLR connector and reversing one jumper on the
back side of the XLR connector (change H to L).  I change it
between Hi and Lo Z pretty frequently depending on whether I'm
using it with a PA or with an amp.
