i don't know if Mark originally wanted to just play
blues in 4th position, but i believe 4th is/was used
alot by guys like Bob Dylan and Neil Young to play
minor tunes (something about folk tunes often using
relative minors, or something...) i know there's
resources on the net which will tell you what position
Dylan used on his recordings. you might find it a
useful guide.
