re 1st Flat

In case anyone is confused, when talking about harp
positions, "first flat" refers to _one more flat_ than
the 1st position key.

(Just as normal position numbering essentially
traverses clockwise around the circle of fifths, "xx
Flat" position numbering traverses counter-clockwise
around the circle of fifths (making a circle of
fourths..).)

For example, on a C harp, 1st flat is "one more flat"
than C, which is F. On an F harp 1st flat is one more
flat than F, which is Bb, etc.
