Re: Univibe/Rotovibe Pedal or Leslie rotating speaker -- thoughts?

Do you actually have a Univibe? They're pretty rare these days but have a
unique sound and are worth much, especially to collectors. In the late 70's
I was in a rock band and used a Univibe to obtain certain effects and have
played through a Leslie before(It didn't sound like a B3 though). I've used
various phase shifters, flangers and chorus units for years in rock 'n'
roll situations. A tad of chorus works well with country as well. None of
these devices work as well with the harmonica as they do with string
instruments(I'm not sure why).

I have a video of Lee Oskar using an envelope follower on 'Georgia on my
Mind'. It has a real nice sound and adds a lot. All effects are useful to a
degree but can ruin the sound if not used properly and in the right
context.
