Within the last few days I have been unable to access the harp-l gopher/mosaic system. I keep getting an error message about a socket failure or some such thing. I had accessed this system before. Does anyone know if the Mosaic link has experienced some trouble or are "socket errors" my systems trouble? Thanks.
