Basically, you loosen the screw holding the connector in and remove  
the connector to reconfigure the wires on the back.

Red and blue are the low-Z pair, white and black are the high-Z pair.  
In cases where there are 2 black wires, one of them won't work - use  
the other, and both is usually safe. I ALWAYS test before putting all  
back together - you can't hurt it if you choose thewrong combination.
