Re: [Harp-L] ovrblow practice question

This talk of overblows got me going a little. I had an old Golden Melody,
took it apart and messed with it, experimenting with embossing as I
understand it, gapping, etc. so it plays overblows reasonably well.
So I spend a few days this week practicing them, but I am figuring out that
I'm not a good enough musician to waste my time on them. I still suck too much
(pun intended) in other areas that I am going to work on.
Now, if my life will just quit intruding on my harmonica fun.....
on an unrelated topic.. I have a friend with a Bose PAS and I have played
harp thru it several times, but only on the vocal mic that he has chosen to use
on those particular nights. It's too clean for my playing, but I have yet to
try it with my Harp Commander II, and we plan on doing that when the
opportunity presents itself.

Still a fool for the Harp
