He wanted to see if what you were experiencing could be duplicated when
they had a chance to evaluate the harmonica, I guess.

As far as returns, Greg does that out of the kindness of his heart--and I
think he sells refurbished instruments.
I try not to sell harmonicas, out of concern that a customer might not like
it. As a result, I have too many harmonicas.
Let's see if this public post gets the attention of Seydel, you just might
get a replacement yet!
