Hi, episode 121 of the podcast is now live, this one is with the Montreal based player Jim Zeller.Jim set out with the aim to become the Jimi Hendrix of the harmonica when he started playing in the early 1970s. His high energy approach to playing on both the diatonic and chromatic, with fast runs, repeated riffs and the use of multiple effects has certainly helped him in this goal.He's recorded numerous albums in his own name, been nominated for numerous Canadian Maple Blues awards and appeared at the Montreal Jazz Festival thirty two times.
