[Harp-L] Modified Bebop Tuning

Thatʻs great! I canʻt bend accurately.. and I canʻt do overblows, so a
richter diatonic is not very enjoyable for me for jazz. I found a bebop
tuned chromatic works better for me. I experimented for a little while with
blu-Tack to make my bebop tuned into diminished tuning. I liked the
consistency of the tuning so for example, you can learn a lick in one key
and it transposes easily to 4 other keys. However, I really missed being
able to play major chords and would easily get lost on the harmonica since
every hole has the exact same relative pitches..also didnʻt want to spend a
lot for real diminished harmonica. 😉 So, Iʻve been trying to come up with
a compromise... I even looked at augmented tuning, but that doesnʻt have
any minor chords. I fiddled with mixing augmented for an octave and then
diminished... but, that got too confusing and also would be a full custom
harp price.
