[Harp-L] Whats my worth?

  Maybe the better question is what should I charge?
  I play in two bands, modern country cover band and an originals/updated oldies rock band.
  I play for band splits of profits and tips.
  i want to expand  my career into  play for pay or higher out for jobs.
  I have a couple angles but what should i charge or consider to base  my charges on to be competitive in the market.
  I'm open to all thoughts.
