There are TWO distinct tunes that bear this name. One was written in around 1922 and (basically) a guitar centric tune. Done by Rudee Valle and others.
The one of which you (may) speak, since you mentioned a harmonica player, is probably the one written by Jean Batiste Thielmans. It was done much later. Like 1955?
Sir Choudhury is no doubt correct.
