This is 10 seconds, assembled by the following method:

1. slowed original audio 50%
2. sampled first note
3. sampled second note
4. each note looped and EQ'd to 2400hz peak to emphasize the fundamental
frequency
5. Single note loops joined and looped

I made no pitch alteration. The pitch of these two tones is far closer to a
whole step than a half step.
Also revealed in this processing is that this piece DOES sound like a bend
as Michael Rubin mentioned. . Chromatic slides of a half step processed
similarly sound very different elsewhere in the song.

I don't mind that anyone disagrees. It's been a fun and challenging
project  for me to demonstrate this way.
