[Harp-L] Practice drills for clear single note playing?

30 SECONDS ! 
Eight or nine seconds is as long as I can sustain a one-breath note on a very leakproof chromatic.

I’m an old man but I find it difficult to believe that my lung capacity is only a quarter of yours.
