Does any one know why harp guru Brandon Powers stopped making his  cx-12 slide and comb repairs? Eric S.

A very tiny sliver of foam or cork about 1/16" (1.5mm) thick and sized to suit behind the locking hook of the slide will deaden it a bit. Btw, you have to file out a space for it. Caution don't touch the slide hook. :)
