[Harp-L] licensing old tunes that are not yet in the public domain

Does anyone have expertise in what it costs (generally) to release digital-only versions of old jug band songs that have a publish date after 1924 (the cut-off date for public domain free use) that royalties must be paid through a service like Harry Fox?
