I did. It was about 1975 or '76; I had just started playing, or trying to play, when I bought  Tony's Blues Harp Songbook, which was [I think] the second of his books. Not sure I actually learned much about playing form that book, but I did learn important things about some of the players and harp in general. Very important to me...
RIP, Tony Glover, RIP.
