So I've got my Seydel "All Minor" harp in hand. The cover plates have
magnets that allow retuning of 2 blow, 3 draw, 5 blow, 6 draw, 7 draw, 9
blow, and 10 draw.

I'm a sucker for novel harmonicas like this, but frankly, I don't know if
I'll have much practical use for it. I suppose if you were just trying to
save money, this would allow you to have one harp that "triples" for
Richter, Natural Minor and Harmonica Minor and some odd combinations in
between. Of course that only makes me with that EVERY reed was retunable!
But I'll take what I can get.

Mine is a key of D harp, but I believe the cover plates will fit other
Seydel Steel Reed harps if I wanted to switch them over to some other harp.

The retuning process is a bit too delicate and fidgety to want to do on the
fly mid-song except maybe for some kind of whammy effect at the end of a
song. Maybe with practice I could get better at it. Seydel recommends
using a digital tuner, but I'm not sure that's necessary.

Also, as Seydel points out, if you play too hard the magnets won't be able
to restrain the reeds as they should.

Still its a fun gadget. I'll bring it to SPAH in August!
