Dear SPAH Members, Friends and Convention attendees,
 
The 56th Annual SPAH Convention is 2 months away, and we are working hard to ensure you have a wonderful time in Tulsa, OK this year.  In addition to fabulous performers (see here), we have a wide range of seminars daily, featuring subjects across the spectrum of chromatic & diatonic instruments, musical genres and many more.  Please take a minute to make sure you have taken advantage of everything the SPAH Convention has to offer! Note that Convention Registration prices increase on July 1!
 

We have two amazing tours offered by the local club.  Please BOOK NOW if you are interested in taking a tour as we must make a financial commitment in late July.

Tour 1: NATIONAL COWBOY AND WESTERN HERITAGE MUSEUM AND ROUTE 66 TOUR - Thursday, August 15, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Tour 2: DOWNTOWN HISTORIC TROLLEY TOUR - Friday, August 16, 9:30-11:30 AM OR 1:30-3:30 PM

FINAL DATE FOR ADVANCE RESERVATIONS IS JULY 21! Unreserved seats may be available onsite at the Route 66 Harmonica Club table (at a slightly higher cost) until the day of the tour.
 

If you are travelling with a spouse or significant other, we would like to invite them to the Spouse’s Breakfast to be held at 8:30am on the Saturday morning. Space is limited. There is no charge for the breakfast, and there will be musical entertainment during the meal. Complete the Spouses Breakfast Invitation by sending your name and contact information (including mobile phone and email) to bjw at xxxxx In subject line please include the words Breakfast Registration. The Convention will be held at the Tulsa Hyatt Regency. As hotel rooms there are filling up, we have arranged for a backup hotel nearby at the Holiday Inn Tulsa City Center. If you are unable to book your room at the Hyatt, you can check here for additional space.  We hope to arrange regular transportation between the hotels during convention hours.
