You can pretty much take it for granted that any harmonica recorded before
1990 was either a standard diatonic or a chromatic.  I didn't see my first
Lee Oskar Natural Minor harp until 1986, and I sure didn't see a lot of
other people with them for the next ten years.  That means the choices were
basically 1) standard tuning or 2) harmonic minor tuning, which I doubt
anyone uses on more than one song in their repertoire, whatever the
repertoire is.
