[Harp-L] reducing the gap at the reed tip

It IS a proven method. Has been used for decades. The idea is to use a small hard screw driver, file it sharp, center it about 1 mm from the reed slot end and tap it with a hammer.
That large punch job in the video is unnecessary. What you want to do is SWAGE the brass reed plate TOWARDS the slot end. And you shouldn’t need to file the reed tip IF you
are gentle.
