[Harp-L] Can you use an ultrasonic cleaner on a sealed

If your primary concern is sanitation rather than cleaning debris, then you could use an inexpensive ozone sanitizer.  There are no liquids involved, you just place the harp in the chamber, close the lid and turn it on.  I've found that you have to let things air for a couple days or so afterward.  You don't need to disassemble non-airtight items like harmonicas in order for ozone to be effective, which can often be a big plus.  If you also wish to remove bug cocoons, dirt, gunk and other nasty stuff then disassembly is generally recommended, be sure to use a light touch, improper tightening will result in all sorts of problems

I?ve read you can rinse a Hohner sealed pearwood comb in water and then shake it out, but what about 3 minutes in an ultrasonic cleaner with warm soapy water?
