Ian,

I recommend that you check out the Digitech RP and zoom G3 pages at my
website at hunterharp.com.

These devices are amp modelers, meaning that they emulate the signal
processing of a variety of amps.  They also offer a range of FX including
reverb, delay, pitch shifting, etc.  In other words, they cover traditional
amped harp sounds plus lots more.
