1.  Define "inexpensive."

In your living room? In a club?  In an arena?
3.  Keep in mind that there are plenty of inexpensive reverb pedals out
there, and you can always put one of those in front of any amp.  if you
already have an amp you like, adding a decent reverb pedal is probably the
least expensive solution.

Short summary: there are literally thousands of different "inexpensive"
(depending on what you think is "inexpensive") amps out there with reverb.
You'll get better advice if you can ask the question in a way that narrows
down the answers.
