Tab/Edit. The program started out as a guitar tablature/music notation. Type in the guitar tablature and ou also get the music notation. type in the music notation it produces tablature. The harmonica part of the program is less intuitive than the guitar part. Free Demo allows about 12 bars to print and edit and prints out with watermark. Price is about $60. Also plays back music notation/tab so you can tell if the song sounds right.

Works with all kinds of tuning from standard Richter and solo tuning. However, it will not teach you how to play harmonica. It is only a notation/tablature program.

For PC, Mac and Lenux platforms and operating systems. Once you pay/register you get a lifetime of updates.  TablEdit is the only program that will provide harmonica tablature if you type in the notes/ time signature and key signature. TablEdit keeps you honest: It will not allow you to enter 5 beats (quarter notes) in a 4/4 beat measure. Also manula online that you can download and print out. 

Finale Note Pad is a free music notion program that allows you to play back any song you enter with quertry  (typewriter) keyboard or midi keyboard. It will not create automatic harmonica tablature but you can use the lyric tool to use numbers/letters .  -4 . -5 --6 or B4 B6 below or above  the treble  note staff.  Online manual. Program lets you read Finale documents. 

In Finale Note Pad you have to KNOW that Blow 4 on a C harmonica is C and follow up.
