Hi Greg

Thanks for your video highlighting the different ways to have the major 7th in 2nd position.
May I stress out that the country tuning (aka Lydian tuning) is really great for chromatic playing?
It simplifies a lot playing all the "sharp major scales" (G, D, E, A, B, F# and C#) and it doesn't complexify that much the other ones (bending the F# to F is not a big deal).

And you've got also some interesting symmetries (for example Bb arpeggio is fully symmetrical in 4, 5 and 6 if you use the 5 overblow to obtain the G note).

Really, this tuning is incredibly useful if you're into chromatic playing. 
But you lose the 4-5 warble.
