Ha ha ha, yes, words can be a lot of fun. Has anyone ever heard of Alexander the mediocre? Or King Richard the hedge hog hearted? 
I’m basically ok with any term a person chooses to use as long as I get the general drift. Which, it seems these phrases DO. At least for me. :)
