Sounds like a Low D, first position… for the melody, anyway.
Yet there are some bends in there that lead me to believe it’s country tuned, or perhaps not a harmonica at all…

For the rest of the song, sounds perhaps like 4th or 5th?

Don’t need a tab. Just the harps used, if you can help.
