[Harp-L] are my messages getting through?

With gmail you won't see your sent message unless you look in sent mail. 
  It is a quirk of how they view the world.  Once somebody replies to it 
then the conversation threads in gmail and you'll see the sent message 
along with the rest of the messages.

AOL, add the harp-l address to your contacts and you should stop having 
to fish the messages out of spam or trash.

If you want to see if your messages are getting through to the list go 
to www.harp-l.org  click on the archives link then sort by date or 
sender and you can see your message.  That archive updates the minute 
your message posts.  It's a very reliable way to check on whether your 
messages are posting.
