I just posted a quick A/B comparison between my half-valved chromatic vs a Hohner Super Chromonica.  I feel confident that diatonic players will much prefer the openness of my harmonica and note bending capabilities.  When I say you can't bend on a chromatic, I mean the interactive reed bending unique to diatonics.
