Here's my update on this device after a few nights out with harmonica.

It clearly does not produce an affect above A in the fifth octave.
Disappointing, but I like the effect enough to keep the box.

Robert, it's designed for the voicing of a guitar. Up to the 15tth fret on
some sounds and higher on others sounds. Dont forget the original keyboard
was very small. (Mellotron)
