[Harp-L] Major 7th tuning

This tuning is a staple in my kit, and I'm not the only one.  Steve Baker
has estimated on this list that he uses this tuning on about 1/3 of his
performances.  It's a great tuning for 2nd, third (major), and 5th position
minor on the harp.

I use it in 1st position for my arrangement of "The Star-Spangled Banner,"
and in 2nd for my solo arrangement of "Billy the Kid."  The latter was
released on my solo CD "The Second Act of Free Being."  You can hear that
