[Harp-L] Seydel Chromatic Standard + valves?

I have acquired a Seydel Chromatic Standard C.
Retails around $70, I think.

This chrome is VERY loose and breathy. Not enjoyable to play.
Thinking of valving it, just because I like improving things and learning.

Anyone successful with a project like this?
