[Harp-L] How important is it to be able to read music?

Moot point. When you show up for a gig, they throw a chart in front of 
you and expect you to play it. Whining about the key signature or the 
difficulty in playing 3 pages of 64th notes is frowned on. the job is 
simple - Play this.
