[Harp-L] I'm trying to find out more information about a vintage French Couteau Musique harmonica

Hello everyone.

I really want to find out more information about this vintage
knife/harmonica combination, which appears to be made by Couteau Musique.

Here is the only bit of information that I've been able to find on it. If
anyone can lead me to more information that would be great. I'd love to try
purchase one, if remotely possible.
