[Harp-L] Jams in Los Angeles Monday Night Aug 8 (Richard Hunter)

Hello Richard,

There is a great blues jam in Tarzana at the Maui Sugar Mill Saloon every Monday night hosted by Cadillac Zack. You can look up Cadillac Zack on Facebook for info. I believe Zac Harmon is the main show tonight. The band usually finishes by 11pm and then the Jam starts around 11:30pm and goes until 1:30am. It’s a friendly group of musicians. Zack is usually working the PA so if you ask for Michael Beholden he is a bass player who helps run the show. They have a sign up list. If you have a rig/amp then get there by 10:30pm to be safe. The only time to set up equipment is after the band stops and before the jam starts. If you don’t bring equipment then they will ask you to play through one of their vocal mics on a stand through the PA. They are not comfortable with anyone putting anything through the PA right now,FYI. Hope the information helps!
