[Harp-L] Subscriptions untouched

Despite what you may have read on the Internet, we're all still subscribers.

Removing everyone from the test site so they wouldn't be spammed by tests
resulted in their getting spammed by fake unsubscribe notices.

Nothing happened to the real harp-l subscriptions.

I apologize for the scare. It was really my ambition to work unobtrusively.
