Smells 'phishy' to me - I mean, hey we can still use this list, right?

The suspect message I received had no content, but the alleged sender web
address at "harp-l-upgrade.com" is an exact copy of the "harp-l.org"
subscriber webpage.

I would urge all subscribers NOT to try re-subscribing at the
"harp-l-upgrade.com" site until we have more information.
