I just put up an exercise that I think has potential as a useful exercise for people interested in opening one small door into playing notes that might annoy your non-jazz listeners.
My description on the site is this:
This seems to be a helpful exercise to open a door into slightly extended areas where the notes gradually get more grating on the non-jazz fans' ears.
You can get there by going to my site, jonkip.com, and clicking on "exercises" and then "Jazz Exercises".
If you see a page that says "Secrets to Playing Jazz on Chromatic Harmonica", it's not mine, and you've strayed from my site, but check it out, it might be useful stuff.
It seems that the word "Secret" has taken on interesting new meanings on The Internet. Even better, would be "Secrets that THEY don't want you to learn".....that's a really good one. Gets me every time.
