[Harp-L] impedance transformer buzz

My line transformer went south on me, producing not the harp sound, but instead just a loud unpleasant buzz. I have no idea what brought this on. Fine at a gig last weekend, but yesterday it was sour as sour can be. 

I have a backup (and so it is definitely the line transformer that is the prob.), but can I fix the defective item? If so, how?
