There's a great version of Paul Butterfield's "Just To Be With You" on
Strawberry Jam, live recordings that Mark Naftalin taped while various
versions of the BBB toured. The recording is pretty low fidelity but the
performance is stunning. Butterfield's playing is almost percussive.
I was listening to it and as he was playing the basic I, IV, V licks
that form the song I said to myself, "Yeah, I could learn that, yeah, I
could learn that", and then he does a solo that starts out fairly simple
for a couple of measures and then it's, "no way I could play that,
that's Paul Butterfield".
Still, I'd like to learn the song well enough to go through the chord
changes even if I can't pull off the solo.
Anyhow, the arrangement is different than on the In My Own Dream album.
It's more basic, something closer to Muddy's band. The closest that I
could find on YouTube is this:

If someone knows of tab to that arrangement, or if you can work it out,
I'd be grateful.
