I don't know how this guy got under the radar. I thought I knew every
harmonica
player in Ireland, but I was astounded when a friend presented me
with a copy
of Tom Byrne's first album.
Anyone who is interested in Irish Trad on
harmonica should look him up on
YouTube. His musicianship is such that I think
he might almost try for "The
Sean Maguire of the Irish Harmonica".
I would
be interested to see if any other listers agree with me that this
musician is
something special.
