Re: [Harp-L] slide diatonic

Hohner SlideHarp and Hohner's Koch are 10-hole richter chromatics. The SlideHarp was half-valved; the Kock has no valves and leaks badly. The SlideHarp and the Kock were available in keys of C and G. The valves in the SlideHarp cut down on air leakage and allow blow bends on the first six holes. Herring also made a slide richter. I think it was fully valved and only had single-reed bends unlike the Hohner models which both had conventional bends. Seydel makes a 12-hole chromatic that can be configured in a richter layout -- single richter or double or full richter layout.

What harps (any brand) are Slide with diatonic tuning?
I remember a Koch.
Student has a Hering Blues 48, 12-holes with diatonic tuning.
