Like it says in the title of this post: I heard some great harp with a wicked swampy groove on an Old Navy commercial. Old Navy's website lists Son of Dave as the composer and performer. He's either using a low-pitched harp for the basic rhythm part or running the harp through a pitch shifter, probably the former. Either way, it's a wicked sound.
