All the collapsible luggage hand carts I've tried couldn't cut it due to
the aluminum tube construction. The typical steel frame "beer case"
furniture mover hand trucks work, but they usually have a 4' high vertical
frame that is overkill for a Bassman size amp.
Years ago I found a used steel frame hand truck at a junkyard. It was
great and built to last. It was the same construction as the beer case
tall truck, but it had a telescopic handle. I think it was made for short
oxygen tanks. After years of use it fell apart. I don't know where to buy
them now. Maybe Mcmaster Carr, Grainger, or other similar supply companies
might make one?
