Recently I have been experimenting with the techniques you mention but on this one, video and sound were recorded simultaneously. The sound via an AKG condenser mic (picking up both guitar and harp) into an old alesis reverb unit into one channel of my old Fostex analogue 4 track recorder (interface) into line-in on my PC soundcard.
