The guy sounds like a lazy whiner, it is not on you that HIS paypal account was wrong and HE did not provide proper addressing.  If your customer base is strong enough )as a daily lurker of about 20 years I have no doubt it is from how you carry your self) just let him go away. Headache customers cost more than they are providing in business.
