By coincidence I decided to order a couple harps from Rockin Ron last 
Friday.  I got on the website and for some reason the discount code for two 
harps was not working.  I emailed him and he called back within minutes, got 
online, and confirmed that the code was not going through.  He gave me an 
extra discount for the trouble and told me he would get the harps mailed on 
Saturday since it was already near 5:00.  I got an email from him later 
saying he actually got them mailed out on Friday.  The harps showed up at my 
house on Monday.  Now that's service!
